TRAINING PACKAGES
(ToT)

Bespoke “ToT” and training packages for community-facing practitioners, NGO staff, and work teams dealing with a particular challenge. Packages can be single or multi-day, focused towards capacity building for staff or strengthening program delivery.

 

Examples of training focus:

• Team work

• Facilitating Participatory Learning

  • Can include: curriculum re-design and workshop planning,  in-field testing of new skills, follow up feedback and support. 

• Introduction to Forum Theatre (2-3 days)

• Forum Week (full 5-day course resulting in a new short play)

• Dialogue facilitation
